Interiocasa OÜ, registry code 14847160, address Narva mnt 14, Tallinn, Harju county, 10124 (hereinafter: InterioHome) and the customer who places an order in the InterioHome E-shop (www.interiohome.com; hereinafter: E-shop) and identifies himself by entering personal data on the order (hereinafter: the Customer), hereby enter into the agreement for the use of the E-store under the following conditions (hereinafter: the Terms of Use).

1. GENERAL

1.1 Products are sold to both natural and legal persons. Legal entities can also make purchases from the InterioHome online store, but they are not subject to the consumer rights set out in the terms of use.
1.2 InterioHome has the right to make changes in the terms of sale and sales prices. These changes will be reflected on the InterioHome website. Any changes will not be applied retroactively.
1.3 Product selection, prices and discounts may differ from the selection, prices and discounts of InterioHome retail stores.
1.4 All prices of the products indicated in the online store are in euros and include 20% VAT valid in the Republic of Estonia. The price of transporting and / or installing the product at the Customer’s location may be added to the price of the product.
1.5 Product descriptions may contain unintentional errors.
1.6 Images displayed on the web (including photographs, 3-D models and drawings) are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Depending on the computer screen settings, there may be differences in the color tone of the product.
1.7 The dimensions of the products are as precise as possible, but due to the characteristics of upholstered furniture, there may be differences in size.

2. PRODUCTS SOLD IN THE E-SHOP AND PLACING AN ORDER

2.1. The products are marked with the maximum delivery time of the Product (hereinafter: Delivery Time).
2.2. If the Customer’s order cannot be fulfilled within the Delivery Time, InterioHome will contact the Customer and offer a possible new Delivery Time or a refund of the money paid. The money will be returned to the customer immediately, but not later than within 30 days after placing the order.
2.3. The client confirms that he is at least 18 years old.
2.4 The Customer selects the desired Product, enters the data necessary for fulfilling the order (surname, first name, contact telephone number, e-mail, delivery address, postal code) and pays for the Product via the Internet bank bank link.
2.5. The customer undertakes to provide true data when placing the order. InterioHome is not responsible for improper execution, non-execution of the order or any consequences thereof due to incorrect data provided by the Customer.
2.6. If the Customer has sent an order via the E-store and has paid for the order, it is considered that a sales agreement has been entered into between InterioHome and the Customer within the meaning of the Law of Obligations Act and taking into account the conditions provided in the Terms of Use (hereinafter: Sales Agreement).

3. PRODUCT PRICES

3.1. All prices of the Products indicated in the E-shop are in euros and include VAT.
3.2. The price of transporting the Product to the Customer’s location (hereinafter: Shipping Cost) is added to the price of the Product.
3.3. InterioHome has the right to change the prices displayed in the E-shop at any time. If the prices in the E-store have changed after submitting the Customer’s order and paying for it (ie concluding the Sales Agreement), InterioHome undertakes to deliver the Product to the Customer at the price valid at the time of ordering.

4. DELIVERY TIME AND CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE OF PRODUCTS

4.1. The deadline for fulfilling the order depends on the type of product and the volume of the ordered products. The estimated delivery or preparation time is indicated in the online store separately in the description of each product. Delivery time ranges from 2-8 weeks.

4.2. The products are marked with the maximum delivery or manufacturing time of the product. During the production period, InterioHome manufactures the product desired by the Customer. Delivery or up to 2 weeks will be added to the delivery or preparation time.

4.3. If the Customer’s order cannot be fulfilled within the allowed term, InterioHome will contact the Customer and offer a possible new delivery time or refund. The money will be returned to the customer immediately, but not later than within 30 days after placing the order.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. Pursuant to the Law of Obligations Act, the Customer, who is a consumer within the meaning of § 1 (5) of the Law of Obligations Act, may withdraw from a sales contract entered into by means of communication within 14 days. Contracts entered into in the e-shop have a corresponding 14-day right of withdrawal. The term for exercising the right of withdrawal starts from the day when the Products have been delivered to the Customer.
5.2. To return the product, a withdrawal notice must be submitted to the e-mail address info@interiohome.com.
5.3. Returnable The product must be free of defects, complete, in the original packaging and unused.
5.4. Upon receipt of the withdrawal application, InterioHome will return to the Customer immediately, but no later than after 30 days, all fees received on the basis of the Sales Agreement, including Shipping Costs.
5.5 The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
5.6 The sales price is transferred to the same current account from which it was received by InterioHome

6. NOTIFICATION OF NON-CONFORMITY OF THE CONDITION OF SALE OF THE PRODUCT AND RIGHT OF APPEAL

6.1 The ordered products in the InterioHome online store are made on the basis of the Customer’s order. InterioHome will start manufacturing the product once the Customer has selected a suitable model, size and cover and content materials. As the product is made to order, InterioHome will not repurchase.
6.2. The products are therefore subject to a 2-year complaint period. The complaint period starts from the delivery of the product to the Customer.
6.3. To submit a complaint, an application must be submitted to the address info@interiohome.ee. The letter must include the product name, telephone number, order number and a description of the damage together with pictures.
6.4. All claims will be answered within 14 days.
6.5. InterioHome shall not be liable for defects in the goods caused by improper or improper installation, use and / or maintenance of the product.
6.6. InterioHome is not responsible for product defects caused by accidental or intentional damage to the product by the Customer.
6.7. InterioHome is not liable for defects in the goods that occurred during normal wear and tear of the goods.

6.8 If the repaired product has not been used in accordance with the product’s instructions for use, or if InterioHome proves that the defects in the product have been caused by the Customer’s fault, the right to file a complaint does not extend to the product. In such a case, a price offer for repairing or replacing the product will be prepared for the Customer in cooperation with InterioHom for a fee. In case of cancellation of the price offer, the Customer is obliged to pay a handling fee for identifying the product defect and arranging the transport.
6.9 The Customer shall pay the costs incurred in connection with the products included in the warranty repair without a reason (including in cases where the defect is not caused by the manufacturer or the warranty conditions of the product have been violated). In this case, InterioHome has the right to invoice the customer for the work performed so far in accordance with the valid price list of the contractor.
6.10 If it is impossible to repair the product on which the complaint is based or its production has been terminated, the product shall be replaced with an equivalent product with the consent of the Customer.

7. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

7.1 Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the law of the Republic of Estonia.
7.2 Disputes between the Customer and InterioHome will be resolved through negotiations. If InterioHome has refused to satisfy the buyer’s complaint or the buyer does not agree with the proposed solution and finds that his rights have been violated or his interests have been violated, the Customer may submit a complaint to the Consumer Disputes Committee or a court. The data of the Consumer Disputes Committee are available on the website of the Consumer Protection Board. To solve problems that arise in the Member States of the European Union, contact the European Consumer Center.

8. MANDATORY AND BINDING OF TERMS OF USE

8.1 The Customer is obliged to read the Terms of Use.
8.2 By submitting an order, ticking the appropriate window “I agree with the terms of use of the InterioHome E-store”, the Customer confirms that he has read the Terms of Use, understood them, agrees to the Terms of Use and wishes to enter into a contractual relationship with Furgner.

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank or credit card details. The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Store.

The owner of the online store is the chief processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

Product information is provided in the online store directly next to the product. Prices for goods sold in the online store are indicated next to the goods in euros and include 20% VAT.

 

 

How to place the order?

 

  • To order goods, add the necessary goods to the basket. You can view the contents of the basket by clicking on the basket icon in the website header. You can remove goods from the basket by going to the basket and clicking the “Empty basket” button.
  • To place an order, fill in the required data fields, after which the amount of commission that can be paid by bank link or other payment solution will be displayed on the screen. Payment is made in euros.
  • Click the “Order” button to place an order.
  • To confirm the order, click the “Place an order” button. After that, you will be billed for prepayment, which you can pay immediately by credit card, bank link or bank transfer. An order confirmation and a copy of the invoice will be sent to your email address.

We will publish the goods after paying the bill.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered because of its expiration or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and the money paid (including shipping costs) will be returned immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date sending notifications.

The buyer agrees to pay for the order after clicking the “Send Order” button.

The contract of sale comes into force from the moment the amount is received at the expense of the current account of the online store.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery conditions are discussed individually with our managers for each order.

  • Delivery time depends on stock availability:
  • 2-4 working days if the goods are in Tallinn warehouse (PS: needs to be clarified);
  • 4-8 weeks if the goods have to be re-ordered from the manufacturer’s warehouse. Deliveries within and outside Estonia usually reach the destination indicated by the buyer within 4-8 weeks after the entry into force of the sales contract.
  • Warehouses are located in the Netherlands, Moscow and Poland.
  • Delivery is made by transport company.

NB! For long public holidays, delivery time can be extended by 5-10 business days!

If the shipment is delayed for any reason, the online store representative will notify the buyer.For immediate delivery, please ensure that the information provided for delivery is correct.The online store is not responsible for delayed delivery of goods or losses caused by them if the goods were delivered to the logistics partners on time, but delivery is delayed in cases where the online store cannot influence or anticipate.

Payment is made online through the site immediately after placing the order.

Privacy Policy

 

1. General provisions

 

1.1. This Privacy Policy governs the principles governing the collection, processing and storage of personal data. Personal data is collected and processed by the chief processor of personal data (Interiocasa OÜ) (hereinafter data processor).

1.2. For the purposes of the Privacy Policy, a data subject is a customer or other natural person whose personal data is processed by a data processor.

1.3. For the purposes of the Privacy Policy, a customer is anyone who purchases goods or services from the data controller’s website.

1.4. The data processor follows the principles of data processing provided by legislation, among other things, the data processor processes personal data legally, fairly and securely. The data processor is able to confirm that personal data has been processed in accordance with the legislation.

1.5 Interiocasa OÜ is the chief processor of personal data, personal data necessary for making payments to Interiocasa OÜ to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

 

2. Collection, processing and storage of personal data

 

2.1. The personal data collected, processed and stored by the data controller are collected electronically, mainly via the website and e-mail.

2.2. By sharing his personal data, the data subject gives the data controller the right to collect, organize, use and manage personal data for the purposes defined in the privacy policy, which the data subject shares directly or indirectly with the processor when purchasing goods or services on the website.

2.3. The data subject is responsible for ensuring that the data provided by him or her is accurate, correct and complete. Knowingly submitting false information is considered a violation of our privacy policy. The data subject is obliged to immediately notify the data processor of any changes in the submitted data.

2.4. The data processor shall not be liable for any damage caused to the data subject or third parties caused by the submission of false data by the data subject.

 

3. Processing of customers’ personal data

 

3.1. The data processor may process the following personal data of the data subject:

3.2. In addition to the above, the data processor has the right to collect data about the customer that is available in public registers.

3.3. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is § 6 (1) a), b), c) and f) of the General Data Protection Regulation:

(a) the data subject has consented to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes;

(b) the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract concluded with the participation of the data subject or in order to take pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject;

(c) the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a legal obligation of the controller;

(f) the processing of personal data is necessary in the legitimate interest of the controller or of a third party, unless such interest outweighs the interests of the data subject or the fundamental rights and freedoms for which personal data must be protected, in particular where the data subject is a child.

The data processor is the controller of personal data. The data processor forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

3.6. When processing and storing personal data of the data subject, the processor shall implement organizational and technical measures to ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure and any other unlawful processing.

3.7. The data processor shall retain the data of the data subjects depending on the purpose of the processing, but not longer than 2 years

 

4. Rights of the data subject

 

4.1. The data subject has the right to access and inspect their personal data.

4.2. The data subject has the right to receive information on the processing of his or her personal data.

4.3. The data subject has the right to supplement or correct inaccurate data.

4.4. If the data processor processes the personal data of the data subject on the basis of the data subject’s consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw the consent at any time.

4.6. In order to protect his or her rights, the data subject has the opportunity to submit a complaint to the Data Protection Inspectorate.

 

5. Final provisions

 

5.1. These data protection conditions have been drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC law and legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union.

5.2. The data processor has the right to change the data protection conditions in part or in full by notifying the data subjects of the changes via the website www.interiohome.ee.
